How to Buy

To purchase any of the pieces in this web site please read the terms (right) and go to the collections pages to shop online. If payment by check or money order is preferred, please contact the studio directly and your order can be taken over the phone.

Terms

All orders are specifically handmade for each customer and can require seven to ten business days until ship date. Please contact the Jennifer Kellogg studio via email or phone to inquire about possible in stock items for overnight or second day delivery.

All orders will be started the day following receipt of emailed order form or payment by mail. If paying by check, please allow 10 days for the check to clear before shipment can take place.

If you receive damaged merchandise please contact the Jennifer Kellogg studio immediately at 917.972.1878.

We will do our best to match all stones to each other but please note that the gemstones used are natural minerals and can vary in color. The Flower necklace/bracelet/ring contain many small parts. We are not responsible for any loss of these parts after receipt of shipment.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your money will be refunded to you, minus shipping fees, for returns made within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Returned items must be new and unused. Jennifer Kellogg will not be obligated to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise. We will contact you by e-mail or phone concerning your refund following our receipt and processing of the returned item. Returned items must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipped back via registered mail.

Receipt of payment by Jennifer Kellogg from purchaser constitutes purchaser's knowledge and understanding of all conditions and terms listed in the web site.
