Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a full refund (minus shipping fees). No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Returned items must be new and unused, and shipped in the original packaging using registered mail. Jennifer Kellogg is not obligated to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise. You will receive confirmation by e-mail or phone following our receipt and processing of the returned item.
Receipt of payment by Jennifer Kellogg from purchaser constitutes purchaser's knowledge and understanding of all terms and conditions listed on the web site.
Jennifer Kellogg pieces contain many small parts; we are not responsible for lost items after receipt of shipment.
Beautiful jewelry can be as delicate as it is delightful. Jennifer Kellogg shipments rarely arrive damaged, but it has happened on occasion. In the event your order should arrive damaged, we will do everything possible to replace your handcrafted merchandise as quickly as possible. To do this, we need your help and cooperation.
Please contact the Jennifer Kellogg studio at 917.972.1878 or via e-mail within five days of receiving your order for us to file a claim with United Parcel Service (UPS). It is critical that you save all packaging for UPS to inspect and fill out the necessary paperwork for processing.
We will then quickly work to process and send you a replacement product, free of charge.
We will do our best to match all stones to each other but please not that the gemstones used are natural minerals and can vary in color.
